Alyssa Johnson is a non-binary, free-ranging illustrator who spent her childhood moving around and exploring new things. She loves to combine her love of story, folklore, and the wild world into vibrantly colored illustrations or complex concepts.​

​

She earned her BFA in Illustration from Brigham Young University with a minor in Anthropology to boot. She combines her training to create art that encompasses various perspectives, and is always asking questions about how she views her world.
